A clinic call is the safest next step when the correct scheduling path is unclear.

Use the new-patient path if you are beginning care with MEDY. If you have already been seen by MEDY at either clinic, use the current-patient path for the clinic where you want to schedule. If your question involves medication instructions, side effects, or an urgent concern, follow the directions supplied by your treating clinician rather than relying on a general website message.

Please do not send private medical information through ordinary email. For appointment questions or help choosing a scheduling path, call the appropriate clinic. Use the patient portal or the clinical contact method supplied by your treating provider for private medical information.
