Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Tele-Health Appointments
For patients over 35 miles away (or asked by doctor to schedule here.)
To be eligible for current patient telehealth appointments: You must be over the age of 18 years old, be 35 miles away from the clinic (few exceptions apply), and have a body composition scale and blood pressure cuff. Please do not schedule a tele-health appointment unless you have met these requirements.

Friday: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
